There are many ways to make overnight oats, the choice is up to you. Our first method includes rolled oats, coconut milk, and honey/maple syrup. Our second method includes the same ingredients as method one but has an addition of chia seeds, slivered almonds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Refrigerate overnight and you have the perfect on the go breakfast!
Coconut Banana Smoothie
Who said snacks only included solid foods? Smoothies can be packed with so many nutrients. Give your kids all the protein in the morning before they’re off to school. What you’ll need is bananas, vanilla ice cream, coconut milk lite, and honey.
Another great smoothie idea to get you going in the morning. Our tropical smoothie is packed with various fruits. Banana chunks, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and coconut water will have you feeling like you’re on a tropical vacation. It’s a great drink to have after a long day at school.
