30th Annual Summer Selling Tradeshow CHEXPO '22
It's been two years since the last Chexpo event due to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. This year's Chex summer selling show took place at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, RI, on Tuesday, March 1st. The summer selling show is one of two Chex's annual shows where its brand vendors/suppliers and retail buyers have opportunities to connect and develop new business or strengthen existing business relationships.
CocoGoods Co team attended the show with two new items added to our portfolio at Chex. They are Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil and Organic Refined Coconut Oil in 15 fl. oz PET jars. It increases the total CocoGoods SKUs Chex distributes to retail stores up to 13.
We received valuable and positive feedback from store owners and buyers about how well CocoGoods products are doing at their stores and which products need improvement. Some store locations shared with us that they now sell CocoGoods products in cases of 12 and 6 packs instead of single units because their customers really love the quality and flavor of CocoGoods coconut products and want to purchase larger quantities.
As a result, stores owners/buyers decided to order at the spot with large quantities to take advantage of the special deals CocoGoods offered during the show. Other store managers also brought on new products to expand CocoGoods' healthy grocery assortments in their store.
