Coconut Mojitos

Ingredients

  • A big bunch of mint leaves
  • 2 cups CocoGoods Co. Coconut Water
  • 5 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 oz white rum
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups ice

Directions

  1. Place the mint leaves in a jar and muddle it by pounding and twisting on the mint leaves lightly.
  2. Add the coconut water, lime juice white rum and sugar. Stir to combine well or the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the ice and serve the coconut mojito immediately.
