Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients

- 2 cans CocoGoodsCo Coconut Cream (freezes quicker when chilled)
- ¾ Cup Hot Chocolate Mix (sweeter than cocoa)
- 1 Tbsp Agave
- 1 Tsp Salt
- A handfull of CocoGoodsCo Organic Coconut Chips for Garnish
Directions

- Add CocoGoodsCo Coconut Cream, hot chocolate mix, agave, and salt to a blender. (You can use Cocoa, but we’d recommend adding 2 more tablespoons of Agave)
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until it has the consistency of ice cream.
- Scoop into cone or bowl and top with CocoGoodsCo Organic Coconut Chips.
