Overnight Oats, 2 Ways

Optional Toppings: unsweetened shredded coconut, berries, shredded coconut, berries, bananas, hemp hearts, granola, chopped nuts

Ingredients

  • METHOD #1:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 Coco Goods Coconut Milk
  • Optional: 2 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • METHOD #2:
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Coco Goods Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. METHOD #1: Mix the rolled oats and coconut milk with 1 cup of water. Divide into four mason jars, cover and leave in your fridge overnight.
  2. METHOD #2: Mix all the ingredients together and divide into four mason jars. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
