School is approaching us here in a couple of weeks. Are you prepared to pack your kiddos snacks every day? We have easy to make healthy snacks that your kids will enjoy.

Overnight Oats, 2 Ways

Overnight oats require no cooking time. Perfect for someone with a busy schedule. You will need mason jars for this delicious breakfast. There are many ways to make overnight oats, the choice is up to you. Our first method includes rolled oats, coconut milk, and honey/maple syrup. Our second method includes the same ingredients as method one but has an addition of chia seeds, slivered almonds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Refrigerate overnight and you have the perfect on the go breakfast!

Coconut Banana Smoothie

Who said snacks only included solid foods? Smoothies can be packed with so many nutrients. Give your kids all the protein in the morning before they’re off to school. What you’ll need is bananas, vanilla ice cream, coconut milk lite, and honey.

Tropical Smoothie

Another great smoothie idea to get you going in the morning. Our tropical smoothie is packed with various fruits. Banana chunks, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and coconut water will have you feeling like you’re on a tropical vacation. It’s a great drink to have after a long day at school.

Coconut Oil Crunchy Granola

Granola has so many uses! You could make a granola bar, granola chunks to put on yogurt, add to muffins, toss it into oatmeal for a crunchy twist or you could eat it straight. What you’ll need for this crunchy granola is coconut oil, honey, old-fashioned rolled oats, raw almonds, raw pecans, raw shelled sunflower seed, flax seeds, and all-purpose flour. This makes the perfect healthy breakfast or snack any day of the week.

Stovetop Coconut Oil Popcorn

A simple yet delicious snack you can never go wrong with, popcorn. Only three simple ingredients for this one. Organic popping corn, coconut oil, and sea salt. Amp it up with some dark chocolate and coconut flakes for a delicious burst of flavor.

An all-time favorite! How do you like your brownies? Traditional or fudge? Well good for you the choice is yours when it comes to baking these brownies. The six ingredients you’ll need are coconut oil, unsweetened chocolate, brown sugar, eggs, salt, and all-purpose flour. Your kids will be the coolest kids at the lunch table with these brownies.
