Pair those good benefits with the benefits from the Goodness of the Coconut and you have a healthy, sweet, and creamy treat. Our Coconut Milk Chia Pudding recipe uses CocoGoodsCo Lite Coconut Milk and is enjoyable as-is, or layer with compote or fresh fruit! Packed with healthy fats and fiber, this pudding is the perfect breakfast or mid-afternoon snack. 🥥🍓

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 Cup CocoGoods Co. Organic Coconut Milk
- 1 Tsp honey or sweetener of your choice
- Strawberries or your preferred fruits for topping
Directions
- In a mason jar, add your CocoGoods Co. Organic Coconut Milk, chia seeds, and honey. Stir until evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- The next morning, stir once more to combine the chia seeds throughout. Add in honey for desired sweetness.
- Pour into a serving bowl, top with your preferred fruit, and enjoy!
