Our Coconut Milk Chia Pudding recipe uses CocoGoodsCo Lite Coconut Milk and is enjoyable as-is, or layer with compote or fresh fruit!   1. In a mason jar, add your CocoGoods Co. Organic Coconut Milk, chia seeds, and honey. Stir until evenly combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  3. The next morning, stir once more to combine the chia seeds throughout. Add in honey for desired sweetness.
  4. Pour into a serving bowl, top with your preferred fruit, and enjoy!
