Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup CocoGoods Co. Organic Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup CocoGoods Co. Organic Lite Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbs vanilla extract
Directions
- In a blender - combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
- Add in 1 cup ice to mixture and blend until thick
- Put a scoop between your favorite cookies and enjoy!
