🍪These Coconut Pumpkin Protein Balls are packed with flavor, protein, and the goodness of CocoGoodsCo Desiccated Coconut. 
They're easy to make and a great way to satisfy your sweet cravings without the guilt!

*Ingredients:

✨1 cup rolled oats
✨1/2 cup CocoGoodsCo Desiccated Coconut (Fine Grade)
✨1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
✨1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
✨1/4 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
✨2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
✨1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
✨1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
✨Pinch of salt
✨Optional: Chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or seeds for rolling

*Instructions:

🍳Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients: rolled oats, CocoGoodsCo Desiccated Coconut, pumpkin puree, protein powder, nut butter, maple syrup/honey, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.

🍳Mix Well: Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky.

🍳Shape into Balls: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.

🍳Optional Coating: If desired, roll the balls in Desiccated Coconut (fine grade), chopped nuts, or seeds for added texture and flavor.

🍳Chill: Place the protein balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
