MAKE TOM YUM SOUP WITH COCOGOODSCO COCONUT CREAM

🍴 Ingredients:

🥗 400ml CocoGoodsCo Coconut Cream
🥗 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
🥗 100g octopus
🥗 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
🥗 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
🥗 1 galangal root, sliced
🥗 3 kaffir lime leaves
🥗 4 dried chili peppers
🥗 2 tablespoons fish sauce
🥗 1 tablespoon lime juice
🥗 1 teaspoon sugar
🥗 1 liter vegetable stock
🥗 100g mushrooms, sliced
🥗 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
🥗 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
🥗 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

👌 Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and chili peppers. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
