BAKED OATMEAL RASBERRY & COCONUT

✅ 120g Rolled Oats (Porridge Oats)
✅ 2 tbsp CocoGoodsCo Organic Desiccated Coconut (Flakes)
✅ 40g Walnuts, roughly chopped
✅ 200g Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
✅ 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
✅ 300ml CocoGoodsCo Organic Coconut Creamer (French Vanilla flavor recommended)
✅ 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
✅ 1/2 tbsp CocoGoodsCo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (melted)

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

✅ Preheat your oven (or air fryer) to 350°F (175°C). 
✅ Lightly grease your baking dish with a spoonful of melted CocoGoodsCo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil to prevent sticking and add a subtle tropical aroma.

Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients

✅ In a large mixing bowl, toss together the rolled oats, desiccated coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, ground cinnamon, and about half of the raspberries.

Step 3: Add the Liquid Base

✅ Pour in the CocoGoodsCo Organic Coconut Creamer and agave syrup. 
✅ Stir everything together until the oats are well-coated and have absorbed the creamy liquid.

Step 4: Prepare for Baking

✅ Transfer the mixture into your greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spoon. 
✅ Top the dish with the remaining raspberries for a beautiful, vibrant finish.

Step 5: Bake to Perfection

✅ Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes. You’re looking for a golden-brown top and a fragrant kitchen that smells like sweet coconut and cinnamon.
