Ingredients
✅ 120g Rolled Oats (Porridge Oats)
✅ 40g Walnuts, roughly chopped
✅ 200g Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
✅ 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
✅ 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
✅ Preheat your oven (or air fryer) to 350°F (175°C).
✅ Lightly grease your baking dish with a spoonful of melted CocoGoodsCo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil to prevent sticking and add a subtle tropical aroma.
Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients
✅ In a large mixing bowl, toss together the rolled oats, desiccated coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, ground cinnamon, and about half of the raspberries.
Step 3: Add the Liquid Base

Step 4: Prepare for Baking

Step 5: Bake to Perfection
