CHIA SEED PUDDING

π Forget bland breakfasts! This Coconut Chia Seed Pudding is incredibly creamy thanks to our Coconut Creamer, topped with juicy strawberries and crunchy Toasted Coconut Chips. Itβs basically dessert for breakfast.

Ingredients

2-3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp honey or maple syrup

a small pinch of salt

sliced fresh strawberries
Directions

Add the Chia Seeds into a glass jar or small container with a lid. Pour in the Coconut Creamer.

Drizzle in the natural sweetener of your choice (Honey or Maple Syrup) and add a small pinch of salt.

Stir the mixture thoroughly for at least 30 seconds. This is a critical step to prevent the chia seeds from clumping at the bottom.

Cover the container and immediately place it in the refrigerator.
β
After about 10–15 minutes, remove the jar and stir briefly one more time. This ensures maximum dispersion and smooth consistency.

Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.

Once set, spoon the pudding into a bowl. Top generously with sliced fresh strawberries and sprinkle with crunchy Toasted Coconut Chips.
