βœ… 1/2 head of Salad
βœ… 1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced
βœ… 1/2 Avocado, diced
βœ… Microgreens

The Coconut Dressing:

βœ… 2 tbsp CocoGoodsCo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
βœ… 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
βœ… 1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
βœ… Salt and Black Pepper to taste
βœ… 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
βœ… A pinch of Dried Chili Flakes (for a little kick)

The Signature Topping:

Prepare the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together the CocoGoodsCo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, chili sauce, and dried chili. Season with salt and pepper.
Note: If your coconut oil is solid, gently warm it until just melted before mixing.

Combine the Salad Base:

In a medium mixing bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork. Add the salad, microgreens, tomato, corn, and onion.

Toss with Dressing:
